Crooked River Ranch Chamber of Commerce

The Crooked River Ranch Chamber of Commerce was chartered as a non-profit organization in January 1997. We have over 150 members comprised of CRR and area businesses, civic organizations, individual Associate members and 8 other Central Oregon Chambers of Commerce with whom we are affiliated in the Central Oregon Tourism Alliance, The Central Oregon Economic Development Council and the Central Oregon Visitors Association.

Our main goals are:

Help members increase their visibility among 4,500 CRR residents and promote their products and services to this 2nd largest and the fastest growing population center in Jefferson county.
Recruit members that supply quality products and services locally that CRR residents say they need.
Work with members and other CRR organizations to ensure CRR is a great place to live, work and visit.

Management of The Chamber is carried out by a Board of Directors elected annually by members’ closed ballots. Directors serve staggered terms of two years each. The Board elects a new President and Vice president at an annual meeting in January who serve one year terms. A paid Executive Director is appointed by the Board to recommend policies and programs for the coming year and propose an annual budget. In turn the Board directs him/her to carry out the operating decisions it makes. Directors form and oversee committees to assist in the execution of the Chamber’s major annual projects and events.

Meetings of the Board are at 5:30pm the 1st Tuesday of each month. They are open to members and prospective members who want to have a look at us before joining. Anybody wishing to attend a monthly meeting should call in advance to confirm date, location and time. Those wishing to present a matter of interest to the Directors are requested to call 923-2679 a week before so it can be placed on the Agenda.

Chamber Office & Staff Executive Director conducts Chamber Business from the West Coast Builder office in "downtown" CRR – we don’t have a “storefront” but will obtain one in the future. . Please call 923-2679 for an appointment or leave a voicemail message.
